Im wanting to add money to my paypal bal. but not use my bank account, is this possible using ebay gift cards?

No. But you can add money from a credit card if you have one.

NO, U CAN’T DO THAT. U WILL HAVE TO USE IT ON EBAY ITSELF AND ADD MIONEY FROM YOUR BANK ACCOUNT TO YOUR PAYPAL.
