These cards exist?

Where can I buy them?
No, I don“t want to take a cash advance from my credit card without the fees and interest. I need to give this gift cards to a relative and she needs sometimes to have some cash also.

afaik, such cards can not be used to get cash from an ATM

ask your banker if this is now possible.

Gift cards can’t be used in ATM’s for cash. If you really want to give them cash, give them a money order or bank check.

So, it sounds like you are trying to find a way to take a cash advance from your credit card without the fees and interest.

Gift cards can’t be converted to cash. The only thing that would come close was if you purchased a prepaid Visa or MasterCard debit card. I’m not sure if you would be able to get cash from it though. There are fees associated with these cards so it may not even be worth it. Or you could purchase a gift card and sell it to someone for cash.
